I wanted to tell you all about a great resource for beginners and experienced audio veterans alike. Mixcoach is a website dedicated to providing instruction on how to run a studio and get those elusive clients and give them great results. It is operated by Kevin Ward, a Nashville area audio professional, who I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to consider a friend and mentor. You can find great informational podcasts, in depth instructional videos at a great price, and plenty of free resources that will undoubtedly elevate your mixes to the next level. Do yourself a favor and head over to Mixcoach and check it out. While you’re over there, drop Kevin a note and say hey. I know he’d love to hear from you!

I’m so excited and thankful that you took the time to visit Alex Harmon Music Online. While the site is obviously under a heap of construction, I hope that you are able to learn about me as a musician and as an audio engineer. The site will be a work in progress for a short time, but it is my goal to make this a “one stop shop” for you to see the previous projects I have worked on, services that I have to offer, and a place for you to upload project files if you choose for me to work on your next big hit! Please stay tuned and visit the contact link to drop a message if you have any questions. Happy 2012, and I hope it is a great year for everyone!
